From vacant industrial unit to a fully operational trade store.
Eiken transformed a vacant unit at Inveralmond Industrial Estate into a new Paint Shed retail and trade facility. The project combined customer-facing shop fitting with structural alterations and extensive mechanical, electrical and data installations.
Delivered over five weeks, the coordinated fit-out created a practical shop floor, bespoke counter, product displays and specialist paint-mixing stations, supported by new lighting, heating, power and communications infrastructure.

- Power and data for mixer and tinting stations
- New LED and emergency lighting
- Gas-fired warehouse heating and destratification fans
- Structural alterations for the new entrance
- Large glazed entrance screen and double doors

- Building warrant, structural engineering and certification
