Eiken delivered a large-scale refurbishment of Unit 5 at Kelvin Park South, East Kilbride. The works addressed the warehouse, offices, welfare facilities, external envelope and surrounding yard areas.

The project required careful coordination of demolition, building fabric repairs, services, finishes and external works across a five-month programme. The completed unit provides a bright, durable warehouse alongside fully refurbished office and staff accommodation.
